PROJECT PROPOSALS, paragraph 11

Education.au has recently completed a report for DEEWR: Annual Report on Emerging Technologies: Planning for Change. In this report we find that the current copyright regime needs not just a review but a complete rewrite to take into account the realities of the current digital environment. This could be a useful project.
