As soon as out institutions - legislative government, the public sector and education in particular - realise this and begin to adapt and adopt, the better off we will be. If we manage to transition our institutions and thinking successfully - and this is much more difficult and less well mapped terrain than a mere global recession - Australia will be incredibly successful throughout this century.
